		<description>Hey Guys,

I have just been re-reading and listening to some of your stuff and it is all finally starting to sink in!!!

If only I had realised then how important things such as systems and operations manuals are.

Thanks
Craig.

		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more Jim.

The point you have an operations manual is the point you begin running your business as opposed to it running you!

Busy compiling ours now, must not forget the small admin tasks - include everything!

		<description>Spot on Jim,

I have found it challenging to develop an operations manual in the past as I&#039;m sure Pat knows since I have talked about it enough.

Anyhoo anyone who hasn&#039;t read E-Myth Revisited yet needs to. The Op Manual and the Systems are what make Mcdonald&#039;s a perfect example of how and why these work.

Jim, (and Pat n Nick) the fact you are providing an Op Manual at Fast Track is HUGE. Cannot thankyou enough and I greatly look forward to seeing you all there.

In the meantime I&#039;ll go back to chipping away at mine.

Cheers

<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. As we&#039;ve heard before, you can be the best personal trainer in your area and know everything there is to know about personal training, but if you don&#039;t know how to operate your business then it&#039;s not going to survive very long.

I can&#039;t wait to see everyone in Fast Track to learn and meet the brightest folks on the planet and share my info with them.

Thanks for everything Jim. Thanks guys. See ya in a few weeks.

<description>Hey Jim. This was one of the first things I did when I started my business.

In my ARMY supply room we called it an S.O.P. standard operating procedure. The good thing about the S.O.P. that when you learn it you could walk into any supply room on the planet and take over immediately.

People don&#039;t know that the operations manual is WELL worth the price of $199 just by itself.

As Greg Justice said earlier, I can&#039;t wait to get my hands on it because I am sure there is golden information that I can use to tweak what I am doing.

Take it easy and for always reaching out to make sure I am on track and making it happen in THE BIG APPLE.

You guys will put on an AWESOME conference. Take it easy Jim

Can&#039;t say thanks enough for all you do.
