Melissa Brady
Customer Service Manager
Melissa has been working with Nick Berry and Pat Rigsby with Fitness Consulting Group for 5 years in various capacities. She currently answers new and current customer inquiries, manages customer accounts, and assists in directing customers to the appropriate people on our team to help improve their businesses. Melissa’s favorite aspect of her job is that she gets to help people find the tools they need to become better at what they do.
Melissa attended Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in Music in 2002. She then continued her studies at Towson University in Towson, MD where she graduated with highest honors in 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music with a minor in English. She started to take a strong interest in fitness around 2005 while preparing for her wedding. A year later, she met Pat’s wife Holly (author and owner of Fit Yummy Mummy) who became her personal trainer and fitness mentor. Melissa became a certified personal trainer and coached alongside Holly at the gym where Nick and Pat owned a personal training business. She then grew into the position of Office Manager for Nick and Pat’s consulting business and now helps to oversee the Customer Support department.
Melissa’s hobbies include singing, running, and traveling. She and her husband Brandon live in Vine Grove, KY with their 2-year-old daughter Madelyn and second daughter on the way (due 3/3/12).
