Moving from long time FCG customer to working with the FCG Team on everything from the licenses and coaching programs to small products, I have enjoyed every step along the way. After my time as an All American Track and Field athlete at Indiana University I launched my own training business. After many years of growing Force Fitness, I eventually sold it to my business partner so I could start a new business with Fitness Consulting Group called Vertex Performance Systems.

I have a beautiful wife, Kim, that keeps me grounded, motivated and drives me to be the best man possible. Without her I would be a mess! Outside of work I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing and, my guilty pleasure-bad reality TV!
